Two-time Collegiate National Champion. Pan American Gold Medalist. 2025 Senior World Team Member. Lead Assistant Coach at Menlo College.
Alex Glaudé is a 2025 Senior World Team member, two-time Collegiate National Champion, U.S. Open champion, and six-time U.S. Senior National Team member representing Team USA at 72kg. She won Final X 2025 to earn her World Team spot for the UWW Senior World Championships in Zagreb, Croatia.
Raised in West Sacramento, California in a close Filipino-American family, Alex draws strength from her Black-Filipino heritage and a faith that has carried her through triumph and adversity alike — including losing her father at age 7. A McKendree University graduate with degrees in Sociology and Communications (4.0 GPA), she now leads from both the mat and the coaching room.
Alex trains daily at the California Regional Training Center while serving as Lead Assistant Coach of Menlo College's Women's Wrestling program alongside Head Coach Michael Ayala — targeting the 2028 Olympic Games.
What it takes to be a great wrestler is parallel to life. To be successful, you have to be willing to be uncomfortable, to set yourself apart, to make sacrifices.
